1. How did you start?
Greenyard Frozen UK was my first job with access to be delicious little green things, before that I was doing the MDS graduate scheme
2. What does a typical day look like for you?
I talk to our customers both retailers and food service to ensure that together our products are on trend and the range is right for the end consumer
3. How do you like to eat your peas?
I think peas are best in a risotto to add sweetness, flavour and burst of colour
4. Which three people would you invite to your dream dinner party and why?
David Attenborough, as I love animals and I reckon he would have some great stories to tell. Brian Cox, because I would love to learn more about physics and the solar system, and Sue Barker, as I feel she has had some amazing adventures and would bring humour to the table.
5. What is your second favourite vegetable?
(Obviously peas take the top spot!) Butternut squash
