200g peas, defrosted
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp garlic powder
sea salt flakes
freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Place the defrosted peas in a bowl lined with a clean tea towel and get them as dry as possible. Tip the peas into a mixing bowl and add the chilli, ground cumin, garam masala and garlic powder. Season with a little salt and pepper and stir in the olive oil, mixing well so that the peas are coated with the oil. Put the peas into the basket of the air fryer and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, shaking twice during the cooking time.
Serve warm or cold.
